Calm the Mind and Body:​

Somatic Techniques

30-to-45-minute mini online drop-in classes. Learn how calming ("resting") your nervous system leads to a calm mind and body. It's possible to re-wire the brain through the use of somatic techniques, and when used regularly, this can be life changing.  Breathing techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, grounding, and body awareness, are just a few of the skills that will be taught.  

Move the Body:​

Flow

A gentle flow of guided movement and trauma-sensitive yoga. Movement can help you become attuned with your body, leading to a release of stress and trauma trapped in the body.  Yoga postures synch movement and breath, helping to reconnect the brain and gut and restore balance within.​

Dance Story

Turn movement into dance or simply learn creativity, self-awareness, and safety within your body.  This class is also a powerful way to translate your story (feelings, thoughts, and personal goals) without the need for words. 

Refresh the spirit:​

Faith that Moves 

Like the mind and body, our spirit needs refreshing.  For those who need replenishing in their spiritual life, join me as we learn to quiet our busy minds and understand what it means to rest and reflect on God's Word.  Classes have a theme or focus, along with incorporating calming skills, movement, and prayer to encourage the soul.
